Connecting Your Calendar to Brief AI
The first-time a user signs in on Brief AI, Brief AI will request access to the user’s Google or Microsoft account calendar.
Click “Allow” to connect calendar to Brief AI
If the user clicks "Cancel”, the website will prompt “Failed logging in: access_denied” in the browser. Clicking “OK” returns the user back to the sign-on page.
Using Calendar Integration
When the user creates a new calendar event with Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link, Brief AI automatically loads the meeting onto the Brief AI My Meetings page.
Upcoming meetings shown on the My Meetings page. For recurring meetings, Brief AI will display only the next 4 upcoming instances. As time goes on, additional instances will automatically appear as they get closer.
By default, the Brief AI Virtual Assistant will automatically join meetings the user has created or accepted.
